3-Ingredient Milk Ball Recipe

You are in for a treat with this 3-ingredient milk ball recipe by Vinastar Channel. It’s creamy, milky, and sweet, making it really irresistible. Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups of cornstarch (divided, for batter and coating)
- 3/4 cup of condensed milk (or more)
- 2 tablespoons of milk powder

Instructions
Step 1:
Add 1 3/4 cups of cornstarch to a pan and place over low heat. Continuously mix and roast for about 10 minutes. The temperature of the cornstarch should be 194 Fahrenheit. It should look light and free of lumps. Once the cornstarch has the right temperature, remove the pan from the heat. Reserve 1/4 cup of roasted cornstarch in a bowl for coating the balls later.
Step 2:
Add two tablespoons of milk powder to the cornstarch and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3:
Add 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk to the cornstarch mixture and mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, you can add more sweetened condensed milk. If it’s too soft, you can add more cornstarch.
Step 4:
Knead the dough right into the pan until it becomes sturdy and smooth.
Step 5:
Get a pinch of the dough and form it into a ball. Roll into the roasted cornstarch and place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining dough mixture. Serve and enjoy these yummy treats.
