No-Bake Coffee Jelly Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 3/4 tbsp black jelly powder, unflavored
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 3 1/2 cups of water
• 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder
• 10 – 13 pcs. chocolate cake bar
• 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
• 1 cup condensed milk, chilled
• 2 tsp instant coffee powder

Directions:

Step 1

In a small saucepan, add 3 1/2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of white sugar, and 2 3/4 tbsp black jelly powder. Mix well, then add 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder. Place it over the stove and bring to a boil while mixing constantly. Once it boils, remove the jelly mixture from the heat and transfer it to a container. Leave it to set until it is firm, then cut it into small bite-size cubes. Set it aside. Next, place the cake bars into the bottom of your casserole dish in a single layer to make the base.

Step 2

Now, add 2 cups of all-purpose cream to a mixing bowl and beat it until it doubles in volume. After this, mix in add 1 cup of condensed milk and 2 tsp instant coffee powder. Once fully combined, add the jelly cubes, mix them together, then add them on top of the base, spreading it nicely and evenly. Add more jelly cubes on top (optional). Place it in the fridge and chill for three to four hours before serving.
