In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 cups of chopped strawberries, and 3 tbsp honey. Mix everything to combine. After this, spoon dollops of the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. (Portion the mixture evenly per piece.)

Once you have all your strawberry dollops, place them in the freezer for two hours. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate frosting. In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, then stir to combine. After two hours, remove the strawberry bites from the freezer and coat them with the chocolate frosting. Sprinkle with some salt and let the chocolate harden before serving.
