Delicious Pan Fried Potatoes

Potatoes are one of the most loved vegetables all around the world. There are just so many things food recipes you can do with it. One of my favorites is this pan-fried potatoes by SAM THE COOKING GUY. It’s super easy to make and is just delicious. You can have it as a snack any time of the day. Ingredients

• golden potatoes
• 6 slices of bacon
• diced onion (you can use yellow, red, or white onion)
• butter
• oil
• salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• smoked paprika
• garlic powder
• chopped parsley

Instructions

Step 1:

Fill a pot with water and add the potatoes. No need to remove the skin. Cook until a fork tender, then remove from the pot and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Step 2:

Cut the bacon into small pieces, then place on a skillet. Cook until crispy, then transfer to the plate. Do not remove bacon grease this will add a lot of flavor to your potatoes.

Step 3:

In the same pan, add the diced onion and cooked in the bacon grease until softened.

Step 4:

Slice the potatoes in half if they are small but if they are large, cut them in quarters.

Step 5:

In the same skillet, add a little bit of butter and a squeeze of oil. Next, add the sliced potatoes sliced part down. Cook until crispy and browned on both sides.

Step 6:

Bring back the onions and bacon. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix until well seasoned. Lastly, sprinkle chopped parsley and mix again.

Step 7:

Transfer to a plate and serve. Enjoy!
