First, make the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine 7 tbsp unsalted butter, four cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp red chili flakes, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of boiled sweet corn, 1 cup of finely chopped red and green bell pepper, 1 large finely diced red onion, 2 finely chopped green chilis, 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, and two cloves of minced garlic. Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp red chili flakes, and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well together.
