This yummy muffin recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube is one of my go-to recipes and it never fails to impress me as well as my family. What I love about this tutorial is how simple the instructions are and the steps are clear and pretty easy to follow, too! Even if this is your first time baking muffins, you will surely not mess this up. Plus, you can also serve this on special occasions, gatherings, or parties.
Step 1
Roughly chop the chocolates and set them aside, then in a large mixing bowl, sift over the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, and give them a good stir before setting them aside. In a separate bowl, add the sugar, butter, eggs, and oil, then whisk them all together until well combined, and then add the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Continue to mix them all together to combine, add some of the chopped chocolates into the flour mixture making sure to reserve some for topping later, then give them a good mix before adding the egg mixture to the flour mixture.

Step 2
Give them a good mix and fold them together until just about combined. Line the muffin tin with parchment paper as shown in the video, then fill each muffin cup with the batter evenly, and top each with the reserved chopped chocolate. Place them in a preheated oven, then allow them to bake at 220°C or 420°F for about 5 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 180°C or 350°F for about 15 minutes. Once done baking, remove the muffin from the tin by lifting them by the paper hanging around the sides, then allow them to cool down completely, and serve along with your favorite beverage. Enjoy!
