My family loves strawberries, so whenever I visit the market, I always make sure to buy fresh strawberries and turn them into a dessert. This recipe from Dished on Youtube is one of my favorite dessert recipes of all time, as it’s super easy to make and only requires minimal effort. You don’t even need an oven for this; super simple and perfect for busy weekdays. So if your family loves strawberries as much as my family does, serve them this today! Learn the full recipe in the video below.
Wash your strawberries properly and dice them into bite-size pieces. Transfer them to a bowl and add 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp lemon zest, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the strawberries to soften. While waiting, crush one sleeve of graham crackers by pounding them with a rolling pin in a ziplock. (You can also use a food processor if you have it.) Transfer the crushed graham crackers to a large bowl, then add 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix until the texture becomes sandy.

Add 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup condensed milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to another bowl. Whisk until well combined and smooth. Now, it’s time to assemble your strawberry cheesecake cups. Take a small scoop of the cream cheese mixture, and pour it into the bottom of your preferred glass. Next, layer a couple of spoonfuls of crushed graham, then a spoonful of strawberries. Repeat these steps until you filled your glass, making sure the final layer is strawberries. After this, chill them for an hour before serving.
