This chocolate bundt cake is now my favorite bundt cake flavor and I can probably eat this every day, it’s that good. So, if you want to give this a try, then don’t hesitate, and learn how to make this now.
Ganache
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking soda, then whisk them all together for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until thoroughly combined, and set it aside. Place a heavy-bottom saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the butter, and let it melt. Add the cocoa powder, water, and salt, then stir them continuously until dissolved and well combined, and turn off the heat. Make a hole at the center of the dry ingredients, then pour half of the chocolate mixture at the center, and whisk them to combine.
Step 2
Add the rest of the hot chocolate mixture, then continue to mix until well combined and incorporated, and then add the eggs one at a time making sure to whisk well in between each addition until combined. Now, add the vanilla extract and sour cream, then continue to whisk them all together until incorporated. Grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray or melted butter and dust it with flour, then pour the batter, and tap it a few times on the counter to let it settle in.
Step 3
Place it in a preheated oven, then allow it to bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean, and allow it to cool for 15 minutes. After letting it cool down a bit, unmold it upside down on a wire cooling rack, then allow it to cool down completely. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped chocolate, then pour the hot cream, and leave it for about 1 minute before stirring. Once the chocolate has dissolved, incorporated, and is smooth, then pour it over the cooled cake, and serve. Enjoy!
