Eating this kind of food does not only make you feel cool and refreshed, but it can also lift your mood and make you happy, especially, if you’re eating delicious ones. I always serve this to my family during spring or summer and I always make sure to try out different flavors. In a large mixing bowl or food processor, add the frozen strawberries, agave nectar or honey, yogurt, and fresh lemon juice, then blend or process them all together for about 5 minutes or until nice and creamy. Serve it immediately and enjoy, or transfer it to an airtight container, then store it in the freezer, and it will last as long as 1 month.
