This garlic parmesan knots recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube is one of the best bread I’ve ever tasted and would definitely make it again. It is super easy to make and prepare, plus, the softness and deliciousness of this bread are definitely restaurant-quality. This is something that I’m sure I can eat every day, trust me, it’s that good. Try it out now and see for yourself.
Garlic Parmesan Butter
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt, then stir them together until well combined, and then add the egg, milk, melted butter, and milk powder. Mix them all together until incorporated and it turns into a dough, then fold and slap until it becomes smooth, and coat it with oil before placing it back into the bowl. Cover it with plastic, then set it aside, and allow it to rise for about 30 minutes. In a separate and smaller bowl, add the melted butter, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic, then give them a good stir until combined, and set it aside.

Step 2
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured counter, then press it lightly to flatten the dough a bit, and divide it into 10 pieces evenly. Roll each dough into a log and tie them into a knot as shown in the video, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cover them with plastic allowing them to sit for about 30 minutes. After half an hour, brush each dough knot with milk, then place them in a preheated oven, and allow them to bake at 180°C or 350°F for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Once done baking and while still hot, brush the top with the garlic parmesan mixture, then serve, and enjoy!
