Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
Get a 9 1/2″ pie plate and press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom and sides. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
While baking the crust, make the filling. Whisk together condensed milk, and egg yolks in a large bowl.
Once the pie crust is ready, remove it from the oven, then carefully pour the filling. Place it back in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges and center are set. The center should be slightly jiggly if shaken.
Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. After that, refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Prepare the homemade whipped cream. Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat on low speed using an electric mixer, then gradually increase speed to high until the mixture stiff peaks.
Pipe or dollop the whipped cream over the pie before serving. Enjoy!
