I will immediately jump out of bed in the morning if someone prepares me this delicious one-pan cheesy breakfast quesadilla by Natashas Kitchen. It’s so delicious and just heavenly. For this recipe, you have three choices of meat: bacon, ham, or breakfast sausage. Choose whatever you want, or you can have all of them. It’s super easy to make and won’t even take 10 minutes to prepare. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Get a non-stick pan and place over medium heat. Fry the bacon or sausage until browned and cooked through. Once done, remove and place on a plate. For the cooked ham, you can heat it up or just place it over the cheese in step 4. Remove excess oil from skillet then turn heat to low.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Beat well with a fork then pour into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Cook until nearly cooked through.
Sprinkle the top with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese then place the tortilla on top. Get under the egg using a large spatula and immediately flip it over.
Sprinkle another 2 tablespoons of cheese, followed by cooked protein (sausage, bacon, or ham) over half of the surface. Fold the tortilla in half. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and cut the quesadilla into wedges using a pizza cutter. Serve and enjoy while still warm!
