Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
Once the bananas are fully mashed, add 1 cup of quick oats and 1/4 cup of chopped dried cranberries. Mix everything until well combined and can hold its shape.
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Get 1 tablespoon of the mixture and put it on the baking tray. Make sure to space each piece. This recipe can make 12 small biscuits. Use the back of the spoon to gently press each one to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 2.4 inches.
Put in the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Once done baking, let them cool for a while before serving. Enjoy!
