Ingredients:

  • 7 oz (200g) graham crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup (200g) condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk chocolate compound

Directions:

Step 1

First, crush your graham crackers in a bowl, then add 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix well. Next, add 3/4 cup condensed milk and continue mixing until well combined. After mixing, get a scooper and scoop and form the mixture into ball shapes. Place the balls on wax paper and continue the step until you finished forming the mixture into balls.

Step 2

Next, for the coating, add 1 cup of the chocolate compound in a bowl and microwave it for 1 minute to melt it. After this, dip the balls in the melted chocolate and coat well. Place it back in the wax paper and let it set. Repeat the same step for the remaining chocolate balls. Refrigerate them for at least 15 minutes. When they finally set and harden, place them in a cupcake liner, then decorate with leftover melted chocolate. (Optional)
