Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • biscuits (dipped in milk)
  • 8 – 8 slices pineapple
  • 1/4 cup custard powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • chopped pistachio

Directions:

Step 1

First, dip the biscuits in milk, then layer them in the bottom of your preferred container (2 layers). Next, put 6 to 8 slices of pineapple in a blender followed by 1/4 cup of custard powder. Put the lid on and blend together to make a puree. After this, put the puree in the pan, then add 1/4 cup sugar and heat until it thickens. Back to the biscuits, sprinkle some chopped pistachio, then pour over the pineapple puree. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, add 1 cup of whipped cream and beat it until fluffy. After beating, layer it on top of the pineapple puree, then spread it evenly. After this, add pineapple pieces on top and sprinkle some chopped pistachio. Finally, slice the pudding into equal pieces.
