Add 2 tbsp chopped chives, and 2 egg yolks, and season with freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to incorporate the ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tbsp butter and 6 tbsp milk. Place it over low heat until the butter is melted, then pour it over the potato mixture. Mix well.
