For the dough. Combine all-purpose flour, salt, white sugar, and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl. Set it aside. Pour milk into the beaten eggs, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture gradually and mix after every pour. Transfer it to your work surface and knead the dough for about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise for about 1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
Prepare the cinnamon filling. In a small bowl, combine unsalted butter, raw sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Once the dough doubles in size, punch the air out and transfer to a lightly floured work area. Roll the dough into a 20 by 14 inches rectangle.
Spread the cinnamon filling into the dough evenly then cut into 6 long strips. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the 4 middle strips. Starting from the outside, stack three strips on top of each other so the plain one remains on top. Do the same for the other side. Once done, cut the stacks into 4 slices.
Place the squares upright into a lined 9 x 5 inches loaf pan then gently separate the layers. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle some raw sugar on top.
Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Once done baking, let it cool.
Whisk the softened cream cheese then add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Use a piping bag or spoon to drizzle on top of the bread.
