This 5-ingredient no-bake chocolate pudding is the perfect last-minute dessert recipe. Who would’ve thought that this luscious treat by Schnell Kochen can be made in just 5 simple steps? Place the cookies in a food processor and blend until fine. Once done, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and mix until well incorporated with the biscuits.
Take dessert cups, and add some fine powder mixture to the bottom. Use a spoon to flatten and press it. Set them aside.
In a small pot, pour 2 cups and 5 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix all ingredients using a whisk. Place over low heat and let it boil while continuously stirring. Turn off the heat once it has a thick consistency.
Place a pan over heat and put 1/2 cup of sugar. Melt the sugar until it has a syrup consistency. Then add in the milk mixture and continuously stir until well incorporated. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little bit. Pour into your dessert cups and spread evenly using a spoon.
In a pot, combine all ingredients until well combined then turn on the heat. Let it boil while continuously stirring. Once done, pour on top of the second layer. Sift cocoa powder on top. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
