Ingredients:

  • blanched broccoli
  • chopped mushrooms
  • chopped onion
  • diced red pepper
  • diced green pepper
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper powder
  • chili flakes
  • French bread
  • 8 small or 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • green chili paste
  • cilantro
  • coriander leaves
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Step 1

Put the blanched broccoli on an 8″ x 8″ casserole dish followed by chopped mushrooms, chopped onions, and diced green and red bell pepper. (Make sure to spread the veggies evenly across the casserole.) Next, season with garlic powder, black pepper, and chili flakes. After this, add some sliced French bread on top. Next, in a bowl, cracked 8 small eggs, then add 1/2 cup milk. Mix it using a handheld mixer until it becomes frothy. Add green chilies, ground black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Back to the casserole, add pizza sauce on top of the bread, spreading it nicely and evenly followed by shredded mozzarella cheese, and finish off by adding the egg mixture on top. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
