Additional toppings
Step 1
Place a medium-sized saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the ground beef, and break it apart. Let it cook until nice and brown stirring occasionally to cook evenly, then drain off the grease, and season with chili powder, salt, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and add the tomato sauce as well. Give them a good stir until well combined and the seasonings, as well as the sauce, are evenly distributed, and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 2
While waiting for the beef to cook, prepare the avocados. Cut them in half, then remove the pit from each half, and fill the empty crater at the center of the avocadoes with the cooked taco meat once cooked. Top them with some cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, and sour cream. If you want more room for the filling and topping, spoon out some of the avocado flesh, and set it aside for some guacamole. Proceed to fill with taco meat as well as the toppings. Serve and enjoy!
