Easy-To-Make Cherry Cola Ice Cream

Here’s a new way to make ice cream and make it even more exciting, the secret ingredient is no other than, cherry-flavored coca-cola! This definitely the best way to incorporate cherry flavor into ice cream, it is more flavorful and sweet, plus, this is super simple and easy to prepare with only about 4 ingredients. Ingredients:

• 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can (7.5 fl oz) of cherry-flavored mini coca-cola
• A few drops of red food coloring

To serve

• Whipped cream
• A cherry
• Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:

Step 1

Add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream to a large mixing bowl, and beat it with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer until soft peaks form, then add the sweetened condensed milk. Gently fold it in until well combined, then pour the entire content of the cherry coca-cola can and mix them together with a spatula until well combined. Add a few drops of food coloring until a light pink color, then mix it in until incorporated and uniform.

Step 2

Once content with the color and it’s well mixed, transfer everything into a container with a lid or simply cover the container with plastic wrap if a lid is not available. Put it in the refrigerator, then let it freeze until firm and solid, once ready, scoop it out, and transfer it to a serving bowl or dish. Add some whipped cream and a cherry on top, then add some chocolate sprinkles, serve, and enjoy!
