Easy DIY Cinder Block Shelf Tutorial

Materials:
- 12 cinder or concrete blocks
- 2 pcs. 20 ft. wooden planks (1.5″ thick) cut down into 10 pcs.

Directions:
Step 1
Sand down the wooden planks to smoothen out the edges and any places on the wood that might cause any splinters. Now, assembling the cinder block shelf, place 2 cinder blocks horizontally on each side with four planks running through. Next, place two standing cinder blocks on top vertically with two planks running through the back. After this, place one horizontal cinder block on each side with two planks through the holes. Lastly, place one vertical cinder block on each side with two more planks through the back.

Step 2
Now, decorate your cinder block shelf. (Just some advice, don’t put anything that is too heavy on top of this just to be safe.) You can also put a couple more cinder blocks to create different heights and have a different look.
