Sauce:
Step 1
Slice or chop the onions and bell peppers however thick or thin you like, then make sure to freeze the meat for about 20 minutes before cutting it. Once the meat is ready, slice the meat thinly, then set them aside. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, garlic paste, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, then whisk them together until well combined and uniform. Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and saute the onions and bell peppers. Season them with salt, pepper, and onion powder, then give them a good toss, and add some Wrocestershire sauce, toss them again and cook for a few more minuts, then remove from the pan, and set aside. In the same pan, add some more oil, then cook the sliced meat, and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Give them a good mix, then cook until nice and brown.

Step 2
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees at this point, then slice the bun rolls through in half, and grease a casserole dish or sheet pan with non-stick spray. Place the bottom part of the bun rolls at the bottom of the greased dish, then spread some sauce, and palce a layer of American cheese. Add some meat on top followed by the veggies, then add more cheese, and repeat the layer until you’ve used up all the ingredients, the top most layer should be slices of mozarella cheese. Place the other slice of bun rolls on top, then bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. While waiting, prepare the garlic butter sauce in a mixing bowl. Simply mix together the melted butter, garlic paste, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley, then brush this all over the baked buns, and put back in the oven to cook for 5 to 6 more minutes until nice and brown. Serve and enjoy!
