4-Ingredient No-Oven Chocolate Cake Recipe

You can make a delicious cake even without an oven! All you need is some oreo biscuits, chocolate, milk, baking powder, and of course, this tutorial by Useful and quick on YouTube. This sweet treat is super easy to make and can be prepared in just a few minutes, so get your pan ready, and let’s get cooking.
Ingredients:
- 65 pieces of Oreo biscuits
- 500ml (approx. 2 cups) of milk
- 1¼ cup of chocolate and more for garnish
- 1 tsp of baking powder

Step 1
The first thing that you have to do is to separate the filling from every cookie, then place the cookie halves in a large mixing bowl, and crush them until it turns into a fine powder. Place a saucepan on a stove over low heat, then add the milk followed by the oreo filling, and whisk them together until melted and well combined. Add the baking powder to the bowl of crushed oreo cookies, then whisk them together until well combined. Brush some oil on the bottom and sides of a baking dish, then cut the parchment paper the same size as the bottom of the dish, and place it nicely before brushing more oil over it.

Step 2
Pour the chocolate mixture on the baking dish, then spread it evenly, and place the baking dish inside a large pan. Cover the pan, then let it cook over low heat for about 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool down before removing it from the baking dish and peeling off the parchment paper, then trim the top of the cake, and set it aside. Place a saucepan on a stove over low heat, then break the chocolate apart, and add about 4½ tablespoons of milk. Whisk them together until the chocolate has melted and been incorporated. Pour this over the cake, then garnish the top with some shaved or shredded chocolate, and slice. Serve and enjoy!
