The peanut butter and jelly sandwich or most commonly known as PB & J is a classic childhood sandwich that almost every kid has had often! Even as an adult, I still love making this, and my favorite way of preparing this sandwich is by grilling it on a griddle pan, but you can still make it however you want, whether, in a skillet or an air fryer, it would still taste absolutely delicious. Learn how to make this through this video tutorial by THE COOKING COP AND BABE on YouTube!
Step 1
Preheat your Blackstone griddle, skillet pan, or anything that you want to use to make this sandwich. Grab a piece of bread, then spread a good amount of strawberry jam all over it all the way to the edges, and set it aside. Get another piece of bread, then spread peanut butter all over it, then place this on top of the strawberry jam-filled bread, and melt some butter on the pan or griddle.

Step 2
Now, place the sandwich on top of the melted butter making sure to let the bottom of the bread absorb all of it, then press it lightly, and let it cook for a few moments until nice and crispy. Lift the sandwich using a spatula, then melt some butter, and flip the sandwich as you put it down onto the melted butter. Press lightly, then let it cook until nice and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
