In a bowl, add juice from 2 large lemons and an equal amount of distilled vinegar. Next, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1/4 tsp of cloves, and 2 bay leaves followed by 1/2 cup of green onions. After this, add the pieces of chicken into the bowl of marinade and leave it for three hours.

Next, for the batter, add 1 & 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl followed by enough white wine to form a pancake batter consistency, then 3 egg yolks. (You can add more white wine if still needed for the right batter consistency.) Add 1 tsp of salt to taste, then mix it. Transfer the marinated chicken to the batter and coat it nicely, then fry them in a pan with enough cooking oil for deep-frying. Fry the chicken until the color is golden brown. Lastly, fry some parsley (make sure that the parsley is completely dry or the results could be disastrous.) Fry them in small batches for several minutes until it gets nice and crispy. Crumble down the parsley over the chicken as a garnish.
