Ingredients:

  • 2 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 1 bag (30 to 32 oz) frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

Directions:

Step 1

In a pan over medium heat, lay down the bacon. After frying them, set them aside. Next, add the thawed shredded hash browns into the pan still with the bacon fat. Cook the hash browns until they browned. While waiting for the hash browns to brown up, chop the bacon into small pieces. In a bowl, crack up 8 large eggs. Add 2 cups of milk, and 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix. Whisk them to combine.

Step 2

Grease the casserole dish with some oil spray. Add the hash browns and spread them evenly at the bottom of the casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, layering their halves alternately. Next, pour the egg and milk mixture into the casserole dish. Place it in a preheated oven of 350 degrees F and bake for about one hour. Chop up some fresh parsley for garnish.
