Using a blender or food processor, crush the crackers into fine powder. Then mix the melted butter. Get your cake mold and put the cracker mixture into the bottom. Flatten it using a spoon.
Get a small pot and pour the 4 cups of milk, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of cornstarch, then whisk all the ingredients. Place on the stove in medium heat. Cook until it thickens. Once you have the right consistency, remove from heat and combine yogurt. Next, pour the mixture into the mold and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pour the lemon juice, water, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and turmeric into a small pot, then mix. Place in medium heat and add 1/4 cup of sugar. Then cook until thickened. Remove the cake from the fridge and pour the lemon mixture on top. Once done, keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the mold and the baking sheet. Slice the cake, then decorate with melted white chocolate. Enjoy!
