Bread is something that I will eat forever, and because of that, I’m always on the lookout for new bread recipes to try. This easy no-bake bread recipe from Lina’nin Yemek Tarifleri on Youtube is a must-try! It’s soft and fluffy and has a lot of flavors. It’s also very easy to prepare – perfect for breakfast or even for dinner! Get your hands working and try this by watching the tutorial below.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 1 tbsp of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 7 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of warm water, 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 tbsp of dry yeast, and 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, and mix it well. Next, add 7 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt. Mix well. Cover the bowl and leave it for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, flour the surface then knead the dough. Divide it into 10 equal parts. Roll the dough pieces into your hands and after this, cover them with plastic. Flour the surface again, get one piece of the dough, then flat it out a bit using a rolling pin. Be careful not to break or fold the dough as you stretch it. Repeat this step to the remaining dough pieces.

Step 2

Turn on the stove to medium heat. Place a pan and wait for it to be hot enough. After this, put the dough into it. Constantly turn the dough over while you cook it. (If it’s possible, use a thick-bottomed pan as this will help the dough to rise.) After a few minutes, the bread will begin to rise. Do this to the rest of the dough. Prepare 50 g butter in a small bowl with 2-3 sprigs of parsley. Brush this onto the flatbreads while it’s still hot. (The butter will add a lot of flavor to the flatbreads while parsley will bring aroma.) Serve!
