Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground walnuts
  • ½ cup of butter, softened
  • 1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounces) tub whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 2 (3.4 ounces) packages of lemon instant pudding
  • 3 cups of milk
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:

Step 1

Coat a 9*13 inches pan with a non-stick cooking spray, then set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, coarsely ground walnuts, and softened butter, then stir them together until well combined. Next, transfer it to the prepared and sprayed baking pan, then press it well, and place it in the fridge to let it chill. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in half a tub of whipped topping.

Step 2

Spread it evenly over the chilled crust, then set it aside. In another mixing bowl, beat together the lemon instant pudding and milk for about 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Then, spread it evenly over the cream cheese layer, and chill it in the fridge for at least an hour. After the mixture has chilled, spread the other half of the whipped topping over the pudding layer, and then sprinkle some chopped walnuts.
