Whether you’re on a diet, health-conscious, or simply cutting your sugar intake, this recipe is perfect for you. On other hand, scratch that — you can make and try this recipe because it’s too delicious for you to not taste! You can say I’m all of the above, with all those holidays and parties that passed by and are still about to come, I’ve been interested and looking for food and drinks that are low on sugar. I thought it would be hard and less enjoyable to try to maintain an all-natural and healthy diet, but boy was I wrong! Here’s one of the recipes that I enjoy making the most, because not only does it contain no sugar, but also uses just 2 ingredients. What else could I ask for? It’s already cheap, easy, and tasty! Ingredients:

Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 2 pieces of Bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder

Mango Ice Cream

  • 1 1⁄2 cup of Mangoes, diced and frozen
  • 1 piece of Banana

Strawberry Ice Cream

  • 1 1⁄2 cup of strawberries, sliced and frozen
  • 1 piece of Banana

Directions:

Chocolate Ice Cream

Peel and cut the bananas, place them in a large bowl, dish, or any freezer-safe container. Put them in the refrigerator and freeze them solid, then transfer them to a food processor or blender. Add cocoa powder and grind until smooth. Transfer in a serving glass.

Peel and slice the mango, place them in a large bowl, dish, or any freezer-safe container. Put them in the refrigerator and freeze them solid, then transfer them to a food processor or blender. Add sliced banana and grind until smooth. Transfer in a serving glass.
