Whenever I’m feeling down or tired, all I need is just a small bowl of warm soup and it can immediately lift my mood. It’s also perfect for cold seasons, when you just want to be in your bed all curled up and cozy in its warmth. One of my favorites is loaded baked potato, I just love everything about it, the thickness, creaminess, and of course the cheese! It’s also a good thing that now you can make this soup easier by using a crockpot, just throw in all of the ingredients in there and wait for it to cook. My go-to recipe for this is Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB‘s tutorial on YouTube, hope you enjoy his recipe as much as I do.
Step 1
Insert a slow cooker liner on your crockpot, then start adding the frozen cubed hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese (broken into small pieces), sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix it all up, then let it cook on a high setting for three hours.

Step 2
When it’s done cooking, mix the soup until well-combined and smooth. You can add more salt and pepper according to your preference, then mix it again. Scoop the soup onto a small serving bowl and garnish it with chopped green onions.
