Honey Goat Cheese Spread

Let the goat cheese and cream cheese soften before using. Once they’re ready, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer in a medium-high setting to mix the ingredients well. Once fully combined, serve it with crackers, fruits, and nuts.

Cranberry Brie Bites

Roll out the crescent roll dough and press the seams together. Cut it into small squares just enough to fit your muffin tin, spray the tin first before placing the dough. Cut the brie into bite-size pieces then place it on top of the crescent dough cups. Top it with 2-3 teaspoons of cranberry sauce. You can also garnish it with pistachios and/or rosemary if you like. Bake it in a preheated 375°F oven for around 8-12 minutes.
