I love cheesecake, and I am always looking out for a new recipe, so when I found this awesome Mountain Dew cheesecake recipe by Tastmade, on YouTube, I had to try it! This recipe is so quick and easy and was the exact perfect dish to bring to my family reunion this year. Everyone in my family loves Mountain Dew, so I had a great idea to bring an ice chest full of Mountain Dew, and putting the Mountain Dew cheesecake on top. Ingredients For The Mountain Dew Cheesecake:

For The Crust:

• 300 grams of graham crackers
• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)

For The Cheesecake Filling:

• 300 grams of cream cheese
• 1/2 drop of green food coloring
• 1 drop of yellow food coloring
• Zest of 1 orange
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup of Eagle Brand milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla

For The Mountain Dew Glaze:

• 1 cup of Mountain Dew soda
• 1 tablespoon of powdered gelatin
