Wet Ingredients:

• 3/4 cups of sugar
• 1/3 cup of oil
• 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 large eggs
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Lemon Glaze:

• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
