Ingredients:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) of spice cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) of 100% pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour a 9″ x 5″ x 2″ loaf pan. Next, in a large bowl, add one box of spice cake mix and 1 can of 100% pumpkin puree. Take your hand mixer and blend them together until fully combined. After blending, add 2 cups of chocolate chips to the mixture. (You can add more if you want it chocolatey.) Fold it to incorporate.

Step 2

Once the chocolate chips are fully incorporated, pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and spread it evenly, then sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips on top. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for fifty to sixty minutes. After sixty minutes, pull it out of the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
