This 3-ingredient no-bake fruit bites recipe is a delicious and quick treat that you will definitely savor. It melts in your mouth and has the perfect balance of sweet, nutty, and fruity flavors. Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/4 cups of dates
  • 1 and 1/3 cups of peanuts
  • 3.5 oz of white chocolate (or dark chocolate if preferred)

For garnish (optional):

  • some sesame seeds
  • dark chocolate

Instructions:

Step 1:

Place 1 and 1/3 cups of peanuts in a food processor. Grind until they become crumbly.

Step 2:

Wash the dates well, remove the pits, and put them in the food processor with the peanuts. Grind until well combined.

Step 3:

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and squeeze together to make one block using your hands.

Step 4:

Get a portion of the block, place it on your flat work surface, and roll. Sprinkle some sesame seeds (if desired) and coat the roll. Do the same for the remaining mixture. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 5:

Using the end of a wooden spoon, make a well in the middle of each roll.  Set them aside.

Step 6:

Place the chocolates in a bowl and put on top of a pot with boiling water. Mix until all of the chocolates are melted. You can also put it inside the microwave just make sure that the bowl is heatproof. Do the same for the chocolate garnish.

Step 7:

Once melted, let the white chocolate and dark chocolate cool for a bit and put them inside two separate piping bags.

Step 8:

Fill the well with white chocolate from the piping bag, then decorate it with dark chocolate. Let it chill for about 5 minutes.

Step 9:

Cut into bite-sized pieces. To cut it easily, heat the knife in hot water and dry it before using.
