If you haven’t heard of chaffle before, it is the combination of cheese and waffles, so basically, this dish is made from those two ingredients and scallions. Any chaffle recipe has those two base ingredients. It’s easy and fast to make. It will only take you about 15 minutes in the kitchen and it is ready to serve.

The waffle is cheesy, full of protein, and keto-friendly. I highly suggest this recipe if you only eat low carb dishes, but make sure to add the toppings. They will give so much flavor to your waffles.
This is a great breakfast option, as you can customize it however you like. You can even add bacon, ham, or any preferred meat. If you are not a fan of savory food for breakfast, you can turn it into a sweet chaffle. It’s so good – I am sure you’ll make it several times a week.

In a mixing bowl, add eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped scallions. Mix until well combined using a fork.
Pour some into your waffle maker. Spread evenly using your fork. Cook until the egg is fully cooked and it’s brown and crispy. Remove from the waffle maker, then repeat with the remaining mixture.
Drizzle honey on top, add a slice of butter, then sprinkle red pepper flakes. Serve and enjoy!
