Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 oz Natvia Stevia
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • fresh strawberry slices, for serving

Directions:

Step 1

Crack three eggs in a large mixing bowl, then add 2 oz Natvia Stevia. Whisk until combined. Next, add 2 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup heavy cream, and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Continue whisking until combined. Once done, pour the mixture into a casserole dish greased with cooking spray. After this, put the casserole dish in a water bath halfway up the dish.

Step 2

Sprinkle 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg on top, then place it in a 300 degrees F oven. Bake the custard for one hour and fifteen minutes or until it’soft and jiggly in the center.
