This bounty ball recipe is perfect for coconut lovers or those that love Almond Joy. I’m not the biggest fan of shredded coconut, but these look so perfect that I am interested in trying them. Although this bounty ball tutorial is not in English, there are subtitles that are available to help throughout this recipe. I’m so thankful for the subtitles, but the video quality is easy to follow along too. I love chocolate balls, and they’re amazing for any occasion. I think they’re so easy to make because they only require 3 ingredients, and it’s popular to have around the holidays. The coconut filling is different, and I would add an almond in the middle to make an Almond Joy ball bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4-5 Galaxy Bar ( or any other chocolate )
  • The 5th Bar is for decorating the balls

Directions:

First, add the shredded coconut in a bowl, and add the condensed milk slowly and mix while you slowly add it in for the right consistency. Once everything is mixed together, roll small balls until finished.

Next, prepare a parchment paper to put the chocolate covered balls on to rest. Use any type of chocolate to coat the balls and melt it in the microwave or use a double boiler. Then, use two forks to toss the balls around the chocolate mixture and place them on the parchment paper. Let them harden and decorate.

Overall, I think the shredded coconut is perfect for these types of recipes because it holds the ball in a good shape. They would be nice to add to the assortment of cookies that you might make for the holidays. These are perfect bite-size balls for an easy Christmas gift.
