  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp salt

To start, get the potatoes and peel them nicely, then wash them thoroughly. Next, get a plate and start grating the potatoes. Transfer the grated potatoes into a strainer, and squeeze them to remove the liquid. Transfer to a plate and season with 1/4 tsp salt. Mix it well.

Back to the bowl, remove the potato liquid slowly up until the potato starch is visible. Add the potato start onto the grated potatoes and mix it well.
