Ingredients for Marry Me Butter Beans:

  • (15 oz) cans of butter beans
  • 1½ cups of fire-roasted mixed veggies
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp of Kinder’s Blend Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp of onion powder
  • 1-1½ cups of chicken bone broth
  • ¼ cup of grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup of heavy cream
  • Fresh basil

How to Make Marry Me Butter Beans:

Step 1

Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the butter and let it melt, and then add the chopped onions.

Step 2

Give them a good toss and saute for a minute, then add the minced garlic, and keep sauteing until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, blend seasoning, oregano, and dried parsley, toast the red pepper flakes, and then pour in the broth followed by the butter beans.

Step 4

You can add more paprika or seasonings to taste, then add the fire-roasted veggie mix, and stir them to combine. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer.

Step 5

Mash a third of the beans, then add in the cheese and heavy cream, mix to combine, and add the fresh basil. Turn off the heat, then serve, and enjoy!
