You know what’s more annoying than having belly and back fat? Having flabby arms!. This gal with XHIT Daily shows us toned arm workouts to do at home to get rid of them. Not only flabby arms feel weird but they also don’t look nice especially when they finally sag and make us look like we have bat wings! It’s also hard to accept that some friends and family would not only tease you for those arms but also play with it too! They really like the jiggling but we definitely don’t!
When I turned 50 my arms did too! I was like “what’s this?” That’s when I stopped wearing sleeveless clothing and that was a huge disappointment since most of my wardrobe is sleeveless. Something HAD to be done right away!
That’s when I made a decision to start lifting 8 lb weights every night before retiring. I started with simple skull crunches and started seeing results pretty fast. This encouraged me to try some different weight lifting exercises, to tone different parts of my upper arms (lower arms look much better too). I found this tutorial and added these weight lifting techniques to my regular ones. Believe it or not, these weight exercises don’t really take much time and it’s incredible the difference it has made!
I’m happy to report that I now wear sleeveless clothing and am so excited to be back into my favorite clothes!
