Ingredients:

  • Sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup franks red hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning
  • Vegetable oil

Directions:

Step 1

Transfer the pickles into a dish or plate, then pat them dry. In a small mixing bowl, combine the egg, milk, and hot sauce together until uniform, then set it aside. Grab another mixing bowl, then mix the flour and seasoning until well combined. Get the dried pickle, then start coating each one in the flour mixture, dip it into the egg mixture, and dip it back in the flour. Repeat this process until pickles are well coated, then set them all aside.

Step 2

While dipping and coating the pickles preheat your oil in a pan over medium heat, then start dropping each pickle one at a time to avoid it from touching and sticking together. Fry each side for about 1 to 2 minutes until it turns into a nice golden brown color. Once done cooking, transfer it to a plate or dish lined with a paper towel to drain off excess grease. Arrange them in a serving bowl or dish and serve it along with some ranch dip or with your favorite dip.
