Quick Steps
- Soaking: Submerge the rolls in water for 2-3 minutes until the pieces separate.
- Folding & Drying: Fold 14 pieces in half to create your banner shapes, then let them dry completely.
- Painting: Paint the dried banners in black.
- Lettering: Trace your letter templates with a pencil, then color them using Posca markers.
- Hanging: Hang the finished letter banners on a ribbon and display them!
