Quick Steps
- Create and cut heart templates from cardstock.
- Cut 2 felt hearts and trim edges with pinking shears.
- Cut out the center of one felt heart using the inner template.
- Fuse printed fabric with stabilizer using an iron.
- Layer printed fabric under the cut felt heart, and sew the inner edge.
- Add a solid felt heart to the back and sew the outer edges, leaving a gap.
- Stuff with fiberfill and insert the ribbon hanger.
- Sew closed, secure ribbon, and add a button.
