1. Soak: Submerge the rolls in water for 2-3 minutes until the pieces separate.
2. Fold & Dry: Fold 13 pieces in half to create your banner shapes, then let them dry completely.
3. Paint: Paint the dried banners in your favorite colors.
4. Lettering: Trace your letters with a pencil, then color them in using Posca markers.
5. Hang: String your finished letter banners onto a ribbon and display!
