Ingredients:
Directions
Prepare all the needed ingredients and measure as per the list above.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Grease a 9 x 3-inch cake pan by sprinkling on some flour.
Prepare the white cake mix according to the box instructions.
Pour the prepared batter into the greased pan and let the batter bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke it in the cake’s center.
When done, let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes 1 inch apart across the cake with the bottom of a wooden spoon.
Prepare the strawberry white chocolate mixture by combining white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat the ingredients in the microwave until hot, about 1 minute. Stir and heat for 30 seconds, or longer if necessary.
Continue stirring until thoroughly combined, smooth, and silky. Next, stir the strawberry gelatin mix into the warm water. Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Strawberry mixture: Mix the strawberry mixture into the condensed milk until it is smooth and uniform.
Prepare the cake and pour over the strawberry chocolate mixture using a spatula. Make sure to spread evenly and sink into the holes. Let the cake cool until completely cooked, then refrigerate for an hour. Top the cake with the strawberry pie filling if you decide to add another layer.
Combine and beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl to make the whipped cream. Blend well until stiff peaks form. Scoop the whipped cream all over the cake and spread it using a spatula.
Lastly, garnish the cake with sliced strawberries and let it set in the fridge for at least 8 hours before serving.
Enjoy!
