To make this quilt, all you need is 5-inch squares (charm pack), jelly roll (2 1/2″ strips), and 1 1/2″ strips. The first thing you need to do is sew 1 1/2″ strips all around the charm pack to make the border. After that, do the same process using a jelly roll strip, and you have the block. How easy is that? Once you have all the blocks ready, add the sashing in between each piece.

Get a charm pack and a 1 1/2″ strip. Align the edges, placing them right sides together. Keep sewing other charm packs on the same strip. Cut and press them open.
Do the same process on all sides.
Get a jelly roll strip and one block. Do the same process as what you did in step one, covering all sides with the strips.
You need 42 blocks for this quilt. Make 7 rows with 6 blocks each.
For the sashing use the 1 1/2″ strips. Sew on the sides of the first block, then sew another block. Repeat for the whole row. Do the same in between rows. Make sure to line them up.
