Season both sides of the chicken breasts with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika., then poke some holes all over the chicken breasts using a fork. Now, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breasts. Sear both sides for three to four minutes or until golden brown. After this, spray some cooking spray on your slow cooker and transfer the chicken breasts.
To the same pan (make sure the burner is turned off at this point), add 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 4 cups chicken broth, 1 oz package ranch dip mix, and 4 oz packet of brown gravy mix. Whisk all together until well combined. Pour it all over the chicken breasts, then add 4 slices pepper jack cheese and 4 slices muenster cheese. Cover the slow cooker with its lid, set it on low, and cook for six to eight hours.
After slow cooking, remove the chicken breasts, place on a cutting board, then shred them to pieces. To the slow cooker, add 24 oz frozen Reames homestyle frozen egg noodles, then add the shredded chicken back. Stir to combine. Place the lid back on and cook on high for another 45 minutes.
